What warranty do you provide?
Our equipment is supplied with a five-year warranty from the date of delivery. During the warranty period, customers may contact us at any time for technical support and service assistance.
How can I order spare parts?
Please provide equipment model, serial number, and photos of the required parts. Our team will confirm compatibility and arrange shipment.
Do you provide OEM or private label services?
Yes. We provide OEM and private label services for suspended platforms and selected components. OEM cooperation is typically project-based and subject to technical requirements, compliance standards, and minimum order quantities.
